Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Things Unlimited LLC. We take pride in carefully packaging and shipping your order so it arrives safely and promptly.  Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your items will be delivered.

 

Processing Times:

Vintage and Hand-Forged Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

Made-to-Order Forged Wares: Please allow 1-3 weeks for creation before shipping.

Digital Photography: Delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase - no physical shipping required.

Business days do NOT include weekends or U.S. holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

U.S. Domestic: 3-10 business days

International: 2-6 weeks (varies by location and customs processing)

 

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped (digital downloads excluded).

 

Packaging

Vintage & Hand-Forged wares are packaged with care using protective materials to prevent damage in transit.  Custom and recycled packaging may be used to help ensure sustainability.

 

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.  Things Unlimited LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing may extend delivery times.  Unfortunately, these are beyond our control.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.  If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to attempt recovery or file a claim.

 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.  We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
