Order Processing Times:
- In-house inventory: Processed and packaged within 2 to 3 business days.
- Artisan Vendor Selections, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing, as these specialized pieces are curated and prepared directly by our design partners.
Please note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates:
We offer two different shipping structures depending on the items in your cart:
- In-House Inventory: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all in-house products storewide. The shipping cost is fully covered, so you see $0.00 at checkout.
- Artisan Vendor Selections: Shipping rates for our artisan products are calculated live at checkout directly by our brand partners. These rates depend on the weight of the item and the delivery service you choose during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- In-House Inventory: Standard transit takes 5 to 8 business days once shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
- Artisan Vendor Items: Delivery timelines vary based on the carrier service chosen at checkout and the studio's location, typically ranging from 3 to 8 business days once handed to the carrier.
Multiple Shipments & Combined Carts
Because we partner with multiple independent artisan studios alongside our own inventory, your cart may contain items coming from different locations. Here is how your order will be handled:
- Combined Shipping Rates: If you order items from multiple different Artisan Vendors, Shopify will calculate the live shipping rates from each independent studio and combine them into a single, clean total at checkout. Your in-house items will always add $0.00 to this total.
- Separate Packages: Your items will be packaged and dispatched from their respective studios and fulfillment centers. This means your purchases will arrive in multiple separate packages at different times.
- Individual Tracking: You will not be left guessing. As each vendor ships their part of your order, a unique tracking number will be automatically emailed to you so you can follow every package's journey.
Domestic Shipping Only:
At this time, Things Unlimited LLC only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Damages and Missing Packages:
Things Unlimited LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your package has been marked as delivered but is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
