Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. Because we carry both our own in-house inventory and unique pieces from independent artisan studios, return processes and return shipping locations vary by item type.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first at support@thingsunlimitedllc.com. Do not mail any items back before reaching out to our team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • In-house Inventory: Once accepted, we will instruct you to send your package to our primary facility: 700 S. 21st St., Leavenworth, KS 66048.
  • For Vendor-Direct / Artisan Collections: Do not return these items to our Kansas address or the address listed on your package's shipping label. Because these pieces ship from independent partner studios, we will provide you with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct vendor warehouse address via email.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels and arranging shipment. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Things Unlimited LLC cannot guarantee refunds for items lost or misrouted in transit

Damaged or Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If any part of your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thingsunlimitedllc.com

To help us evaluate the issue and make it right quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging. This allows us to instantly work with our shipping carriers or artisan partners to issue an immediate replacement or full refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), one-of-a-kind vintage goods, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Processing Refunds

We will notify you via email once we or our partner vendors have received and inspected your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically applied back to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
