All Sales on Certain Items are Final
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Digital Downloads (photography or other digital files)
Custom or made-to-order forged wares
Vintage items (due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature)
We encourage you to review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. For vintage items, please remember that signs of wear and aging are part of their history and charm.
Vintage Condition Guide:
All vintage items are pre-owned and may show signs of time—light scuffs, scratches, paint wear, discoloration, or age-related patina. These aren’t flaws, but the quiet details that mark a life well-lived.
You may also notice natural imperfections from original production—like bubbles, uneven finishes, or slight asymmetry—especially in older ceramics or glass. These irregularities speak to their handmade or historic origins and are not considered damage.
Major flaws like cracks, chips, missing parts, or repairs will always be clearly noted.
Items are sold as seen in the photos. Please zoom in and examine them closely, as the photos are part of the description. Colors may vary slightly depending on lighting or screen settings.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only in cases where:
The item arrives damaged or defective (not including normal vintage wear).
The wrong item was sent.
If your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number.
A detailed description of the issue.
Clear photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
If a return is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
You may be required to return the item in its original packaging before a refund is processed.
Exchanges
Because our products are often one-of-a-kind, exchanges are typically not possible.
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable shipping service.

Processing Time for Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are usually processed within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
